Major Bust at Celina 52 Truck Stop Leads to Citizens Arrest

 

In a groundbreaking operation on Christmas Eve, the team at Celina 52 Truck Stop, in collaboration with the Celina Organized Police Department (COPD), successfully dismantled an illegal urine jug operation. Dubbed Operation Merry Pissmas, this effort showcased community vigilance and teamwork at its finest.

The Incident

The operation unfolded when cashier Colby Kappleman, along with Officer REDACTED of the Celina Organized Police Department (COPD) and COPD Officer Shaggy Kappleman, identified suspicious activity in the vicinity of the truck stop. Upon further investigation, the team discovered evidence leading to the arrest of the suspect, William Reynolds, of Batesville, AR.

Seized Items

The bust resulted in the seizure of several questionable and alarming items, including:

  • 4 unlawful urine containers of varying capacity

  • 1 Dollar General bag filled with human waste

  • 1 ashtray

  • 1 Coke Zero 12oz can

  • $21 in United States dollars

The Arrest

William Reynolds was placed under citizens arrest on-site and charged with multiple crimes. Due to the severity of the charges, Reynolds is currently in jail with no bail set. This successful operation highlights the importance of vigilance and collaboration between the community and local law enforcement.
