Jerry Petty has been terminated at Celina 52 Truck Stop
CELINA, TN (November 27, 2024) – Celina 52 Truck Stop today announced the immediate termination of Transportation Director Jerry Petty, following a physical altercation with the truck stop's mascot, Piss Jugman. The incident, which occurred on-site, involved allegations of inappropriate behavior directed towards Petty's wife, Nevaeh.
According to a statement released by management, the altercation stemmed from an argument between Petty and Piss Jugman. Petty reportedly accused the mascot of "texting his wife Nevaeh and being weird toward her." The argument escalated, resulting in a physical confrontation between Petty and the mascot.
"We at Celina 52 Truck Stop do not tolerate any form of violence or harassment on our property," stated CEO Dennis Herniple. "We hold our employees to the highest standards of conduct, and Mr. Petty's actions were simply unacceptable."
The termination brings an abrupt end to Petty's 22-year career at Celina 52 Truck Stop. Management expressed gratitude for his years of service but emphasized that the safety and well-being of their employees and mascots are paramount.
"We want to thank Jerry for his many years of dedication to the truck stop," Herniple added. "But we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to attacks on Piss Jugman. He's an icon, a symbol of our commitment to proper waste disposal.."
The incident has caused a stir on social media, with many expressing shock and disbelief at the news. The image accompanying the announcement, showing a visibly agitated Petty pointing a finger at a seemingly unfazed Piss Jugman, has quickly gone viral.
As of now, Celina 52 Truck Stop has stated that they will have "no further comments" on the matter. The future of the Transportation Director position remains unclear.
